Our Community Benefits Offer

Our business is predicated on the belief that community benefits should utilise an organisations strengths and provide genuine benefits for communities they work in.

We believe in practicing what we preach and offer our own clients a community benefits offer which focuses on two areas: the third (voluntary) sector and the Armed Forces Covenant.

Read more below, and get in touch if you have any questions.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

Thousands of businesses all over the UK have signed the Covenant and pledged to support this community and negate any disadvantage they might experience as a result of their service.

Many organisations  have done so because they recognise the value these individuals could bring to their organisation but the practical difficulties of accessing this hard to reach community can sometimes make it difficult to turn this commitment into reality, despite the best intentions.

We have a deep, and current, understanding of the lived experience of both serving and non serving members of the Armed Forces community.

As our community benefit offer to our clients we work with them, pro bono, to help them:

  • Design practical and innovative ways of implementing the Armed Forces Covenant; fulfilling their commitment to support the Armed Forces and ensuring that both serving and non serving members of the Armed Forces are treated fairly by their business.
  • Become Armed Forces-friendly organisations in practice as well as name.
  • Employ, and support the employment, of service leavers, veterans, military spouses, partners and the children of serving personnel.
  • Access the skills and talents of members of the armed forces community in support of their business.
We provide pro bono services to charities and social enterprises, from engaging them in supply chains, providing promotional services and supporting collaborations and partnerships.
